The Diamond Black Woman of the Year Award is organized by Ugepyah Concept and instituted five years ago, the Diamond Black woman of The Year Award is used to recognize individuals and institutions that have impacted positively on the lives of black communities.
Ugepyah Concept organizes a hall of Pride institution that collaborates with communities and reputable individuals to nominate and celebrate those who may have achieved excellence and distinction in particular areas, such as sports, entertainment, music, or any other noteworthy endeavours.
Typically, induction into a Hall of Pride is considered the highest honor and recognizes outstanding contributions, achievements, and impact within a specific industry or discipline.
